Poster Guidelines

1. Abstracts scheduled for poster session presentation will be grouped by topic. You will be notified of your session and time via email. Also check the meeting program onsite.
2. Posters should be mounted on assigned boards. Locate your poster number in the meeting program. Your poster number will be posted on your board prior to setup. Poster pins will be available at the registration desk.
3. Poster size is 4' x 4'. There will be two posters per side of the 4' x 8' board. Larger posters may not overlap others. Failure to extend courtesy to other presenters may result in removal of a poster.
4. A copy of your abstract in large type should be posted if space permits. Availability of hand-out materials and photocopies of the abstract are helpful.
5. Type should be easily legible at a distance of several feet. Figure legends are essential and should be short but informative. Please do not write, draw or paste on the poster boards.

If a student will be presenting a poster, and would like to be considered for a $150 poster award at the meeting, a COPY of the abstract and the name of the student presenter should be separately e-mailed to the chair of the ASP Awards Committee.
